I still will, if I ever get out of the TSC. I work with someone who filed for him and his fiance, and they got sent to CSC and have already been approved, have their Visa, etc. So it's made things a LOT worse for me at this point. UGH. I remember being so optimistic, lol.

What a surprise, right? Lol. Slow for everything else, fast for something like that. These things don't even surprise me anymore.

I noticed on the USCIS website that you can send it typographical corrections. We accidentally entered my moms month of birth wrong on the G325A form. 11 instead of 10. I am curious if I submit that change on there if it will force someone to look at my stuff, or maybe just draw unnecessary attention to it.

Good to know we are not alone. It's been a bit depressing watching the dates listed on this site move on without us and seeing that the recently approved on Igor's list seem to mostly be after October now.

I told my fiance that people contact their senator but he doesn't want to do that since the senator is of the opposite political affiliation of him. He thinks the senator would either not want to help us or would have us denied :/

@redspider - Does the senator / congressman know who voted for him personally and who didn't? And if you didn't vote for him then surely the congressman / senator would help you in order to gain your vote next time around? (I would assume that's how he would work - but that's just my opinion)

I'm sure they can't deny you because you didn't "vote for them" that I'm sure of.

You need to find out who it is first - www.house.gov

Top right corner enter the area / zip code which will take you to the congressmans page...

Then fill in the form and follow the instructions, then post the request to him

I hope that helps ??

Go to the website of your senators and congressman. If you don't know who they are, go here to find your two senators: http://www.senate.gov/senators/contact/ and go here to find your congressman: http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/

On their website, you'll probably find a constituent services page or a help with federal agencies page, choose USCIS, fill out the form telling them your noa1 date and whatever else you wanna say. I'd refrain from making general comments about immigration and stick to just your case only. If they get any general immigration stuff from your message, they'll send a generic response about their stance on immigration. Not helpful to your case lol. From there you should see info regarding the privacy release they require you submit. Without they can't inquire to TSC on your behalf.

Some representatives are great and others are not so helpful. Luck of the draw I suppose. Mine were totally unhelpful, but a friend's congress immigration liason was excellent and really pushed his case through. Either way, I don't think it can do any harm, so why not give it a try.

So a post before mine was deleted and I'm not sure if it was a mod who did. The deleted post mentioned the TSC Fairy subscription service... Is TSC Fairy not legit? The banner made me uncomfortable (my fiance is not the only one who is paranoid. lol) but I was considering subscribing. I definitely don't want to if it's shady.

She's legit, a few of us are helping her. The mods don't want people to know about it because well its VJ. She deleted her account here because she's over it. :( It's literally the best way to get any idea of what USCIS is doing. She sent out something this morning. Because of the numbers I'm guessing the system crashed and now they are taking it down again tonight aka no approvals

11/15/2013- Met John

10/27/2014- Proposed

11/26/2014- Sent I-129F

11/28/2014- Package Received

12/03/2014- Electronic Notification

12/09/2014- Received NOA1 in mail (Notice Date 12/02/2014)

*System still says last touched date 12/03 :(

First off, the TSC fairy is legit. She is great. I would have been lost without her.

Second, it is with both happiness and sadness that I get to write this post. At 6:31 tonight, while grocery shopping, I received the email stating that my application was approved today. I didn't know what to do. I stood there shaking and sobbing while people stared and asked if I was okay. The text alert came about half an hour after that. So a bit delayed.

I will continue to send good wishes your way for all of you still waiting. It's coming. I had lost all hope, and it happened.
