223 days today, and the start of a new week.

Fingers crossed that they do better than last week. i would love to see us and the few left from September get approved this week rather than the December/January filers. Sigh.

Also, I miss the TSC Fairy these past few days. Though I am sure they are having a great time. I miss not getting to dwell over the other approvals.

*sigh*

I am totally with you. I had to stop looking at approvals altogether. Please, can we just get our approvals already? At 7-8 months it doesnt seemm to much to ask :-D

It looks like nothing so far from either service center so far. Late notifications maybe?

My desperation is almost pathetic.

On the case status, it says they received our case on October 23rd, but the hard copy says notice date october 27, 2014. Which is my actual NOA1 date?

Yeah mine is Dec. 24 and Dec. 29. I'm not sure which one USCIS goes by (though I tend to think it's the online one), but if you haven't been approved and you go outside of processing times I would definitely argue the earlier one.

I just found out that my consulate has basically 3 month waits for interviews as well, so I could really use an approval right about now. :(

I'm sorry to hear that :( Mine is 2 months, but I read that you can request expedited interviews. You could see if that's a possibility and ask for one on the basis of the processing time disparity. Or some other reason if you have one. That would probably be easier to get than a petition expedite and could help make up some time.

Well, from what I just read, someone was denied with a birth on the way. So I'm fairly certain mine would be as well. Guess I won't be getting married when I wanted to. No beach wedding for me. May as well just add another heartbreaking incident to the list. This process has destroyed me enough as is, why not something else!

Sounds good. In that case, it's been 229 days for us. Really overwhelming. I am going to wait until

they update process times this month so I can submit a case inquiry request/call about it. Hope it goes past October 23rd so they cannot end up telling me "You're still within processing times."

:( very overwhelmed.

:wow: that is really sad. I would still try though. They might not want to set a precedent with the pregnancy thing, but there may be other expedites they will accept.

I know. It all sucks. I only started feeling better when I let go of hope for a certain month or certain set of plans. It isn't fair when you look around and see all your friends getting engaged and married at their leisure, but at least we found someone to love and who loves us! That's a lot. And you're almost there, so that's awesome.
