Hey fellow rfe-ers..... I had Grant call USCIS today....They said it can take up to 15 days to deliver.....hope we hear news soon

My fiance called USCIS today too and they said it can take 15 days to get our RFE on mail.

The chart represents 366 filers in the April to Oct time range whom have received already received NOA2, whom were initially processed at the Texas center and are not from Philippians. After waiting

My fiance called USCIS today too and they said it can take 15 days to get our RFE on mail.

I seriously hope that's 15 days and not 'working days' :angry: it's been 6 days so far anyway so that's something I suppose!

Oct. 03/2015 - NOA1

May 21/2015 - RFE

June 3/2015 - RFE Resp Sent

June 23/2015 - NOA2 (263 DAY WAIT!)

July 8/2015 - NVC Recieve

July 9/2015. -Number Assigned

July 13/2015 - Left NVC

July /2015 - Consulate Recieves

- Recieved Packet 3

- Sent Packet 3

- received Date for Interview

Long time listener, first time caller...

With an NOA-1 date of 10/28/14 we saw an APPROVAL yesterday, 05/26/15 -210 days!

I have much enjoyed being a fly on the wall to this forum, and although I have not participated, I thank each and every one of you for your support, and knowledge to help my fiancé and I make our way through this hell of a wait! Looking forward to reading more of everyone's progress! Much love, and health, and happiness to you all!

See ya'll on the NOA-2 side! :)

Same ? still waiting.

We are also waiting. 218 days.

Our lawyer called USCIS Yesterday and was told that they are only processing until 18Sep. Their hands are tied..

I am confused because the VJ processing time said they are looking at 20Oct14 already @@

Let's hope they can clear it soon

Don't go by visajourney's processing time. And it's best not to put too much hope on your lawyer either. Mine did the same thing when I asked if she could do anything to find out where is my case in the process. Nothing they can do. I Know how you feel.

Just wanted to let everyone know USCIS never gave any update beyond 'Sent to State Department'. We received that update 5/13/2015 and as of today 5/28/2015 I call the State Department/NVC to find not only do we have a case # assigned, but it departed NVC and is now in Finland! What a surprise! So in a way I'm sort of glad they don't update you in this case.

So my advice for all the NOA2 people is be diligent about calling NVC (need to dial endlessly to get through but usually do after about 10-20 redials) so you dont wait any unnecessary days. I hope all the unapproved are approved very soon and all NOA2's get their interview as fast as possible.

So as soon as you get that "Sent to NVC/State Department' status (mine came at 10:02pm as text/email) after a week or two start calling frequently, if they ask for your fiance(e)s birthdate there is most likely a good update!

What can we go by? I'm feeling like we're so close...but yet so far. Everyday is SO frustrating. Someone talk data with me and tell me where I can get some accurate information. PLEASE. Feeling desperate and confused.

The VJ estimates are just rough estimates. They're not exact, but will give you a general idea of what's going on.The TSC Fairy runs a report daily and sends out an email with a summary of what has been processed over the previous day. It's pretty cool. She's been posting here so look for waiting4awhile a few pages back.

TSC approves petitions in batches so just because someone around you was approved doesn't guarantee you will be, but it does give an idea about where they are currently working. The week I was approved a lot of others with the same noa1 date were also approved. TSC is working on October and I hope the majority of us are approved in the next 3 weeks or so.

If you have an iphone USCIS has an app called USCIS Case Tracker and Searcher. There's an android app too, but I can't remember what it's called. You can type in your receipt number (or any receipt number) and see the status of up to 500 cases after that receipt number. I found a whole group of I-129Fs sorta together and my number was towards the beginning of the group, so I started the app about 50 before my number and had it run 500 cases after that number. That's how I found out people with my NOA1 date were being approved.

So after 50 redials to NVC, I finally get through... they tell me it's a 20 minute wait.... 10 minutes into the wait, I hear a recording saying "goodbye" and they hang up on me!!!!!!

10/31/2015 - Wedding

11/09/2015 - AOS Package Mailed
11/12/2015 - AOS Package Delivered

11/13/2015 - Fingerprint fee for I-485 received

11/14/2015 - Social Security Card received in mail

11/16/2015 - Received 3 NOA text/emails at 11:25pm

11/21/2015 - Received 3 NOA in the mail (receipts dated 11/12/15)

11/27/2015 - Received Biometrics NOA in the mail

12/10/2015 - Biometrics appointment at 9:00am

01/26/2016 - Put in a service request online for EAD (75 days)

01/28/2016 - "assigned to an officer for response"

01/29/2016 - "your inquiry was completed"

02/01/2016 - I-765 & I-131 Approved (received text & email 02/02/16)

02/05/2016 - USCIS status change - EAD mailed w/tracking # (text & email)

02/08/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 02/04/2016, we mailed your new card" for EAD (text & email)

02/08/2016 - Received EAD/AP combo card in the mail (no status updates about AP except "approved")

03/16/2016 - Status changed for I-485 "Name was Updated" (received text & email 03/17/16 9:30am EST) (Never submitted a name change)

04/15/2016 - Called USCIS & Put in a Service Request online regarding "Name was Updated" status

04/15/2016 - Received email "On March 16, 2016 your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence was approved.We have reviewed our electronic records and found that your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) is already in production." (NO INTERVIEW)

05/05/2016 - Another online service request asking status of PRC

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"

05/23/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/23/2016, we mailed your new card" (text & email)

05/24/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/24/2016, USPS picked up your new card" w/ tracking info (text & email)

05/26/2016 - Received card in mail

That totally sucks....I got my rfe 1 day after emailing a complaint on the uscis website they emailed back literally the next day ...so that was cool

..might be better than calls?
