He can access the DS160, what I'm trying to find out if there will be something stopping him from trying to complete/send it.

Even if he can't submit it, can he download it? I'm unclear whether the download allows you to complete it via pdf or if it's simply just for saving what you've completed online. If he can download the form and fill it in that way, he can do that and submit it as soon as the site is working.

I'd just do it anyway and see what happens. As long as the correct one is accessed at the interview, Yuna, and he brings confirmation of the one he wants them to use, there isn't a problem even if there are two tied to his case number. At least that's what I've read from Nich-Nick as it applies to London.

Wth!!! No! We can't access it at all! And we've called a million times! They said the numbers are right, just the system isn't working! Maybe it's only for 'some' people, and we happen to be the lucky ones. Great. They're getting an earful from me tonight.

Same error message as walrusbaby. 'Incorrect number combo'. We confirmed with NVC, though.

Really? I just went to ceac.state.gov and it's right there on the home page. Am I missing something? No need to enter case number first. I assume you enter that on the application itself.

I know the DS260 people are having HUGE issues, but the DS160 page seems to be working for us, for sure.

DS160 page is fine https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx

However checking our status here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?

Does not work.

Also HERE does not work: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Default.aspx

No DS160 is mentioned in that error notice either.

Omg, you've got to be kidding. We waited days for this?! I'm gonna kick myself later. We were given the wrong page apparently. We followed the instructions on the travel doc website and on the embassy page and got the wrong thing. I'm gonna scream.

So glad I said something. Thank you guys! You just made my day hahaha. We're going to do this later and hopefully now it works.

I feel so blessed that they are even looking at our case!

After 204 days of waiting! (Which isn't much compared to MANY others)

I just hope it's something simple! I know we submitted the Statement of intent to marry from both of us, so it must be something else, but what?! :/ we'll see.. I'll keep you updated!

How long can we expect to wait for the hard copy?

Btw, I've been following this thread and the September 2014 TSC thread, for many months now, and I think it is great to feel that I have all of you experiencing the exact same things with me, although I don't know any of you! Thanks for being here

Congrats fellow Marylander! Though, it's a shame it's an RFE. I would guess to expect it within a week or two.

I think it's clear that whomever is working on the October pile must be actually working, while the September employee must be addicted to the Candy Crush.

Yes it really is a shame, but I'm optimistic about this! I feel like people from September should have gotten this update instead of me, at least they would know that someone is actually working on their case!

And absolutely, some of those working there is probably trying to compete in who can get more levels done in candy crush then applications approved! ?

Camillasofie, yours makes me most hopeful, and I'm sorry if that sounds horrible, but I got my NOA2 on the 28th as well, so I'm hoping it means they have a stack of 28th files on someones desk. Someone who works harder than the others. Sigh.
