Is there anything worse than no answer from TSC after almost 8 months and losing you flight to see the fiancé? Hell no. Just lost my flight because the bridge that takes us to the airport fell down.

Oh no!!! Are there any later flights that you can take today? At least you weren't on the bridge when it collapsed....

Nope. I just bought a new flight but for the 17th. It was cheaper at least. :(

That's true, it became a massive accident. So sorry for the victims.

Don't think I said it before but congratulations Yuna! And April, I had no idea it was you hahah

Can't believe that processing times say Oct 3rd... The day I got my NAO1 feels close !!! Also for all you guys with NAO2 what have you been doing next ??? Excited to hear what's ahead of us all !! :)

Basically our case is being sent to NVC right now. Be prepared for TSC to wait (TSC wait? Ha ha) to send your application to NVC after noa2. Just 2-3 weeks on average. NVC also told me my application left TSC (apr 29) two days before TSC told me it did (may 1). So noa2ers, start calling NVC the week after noa2 and ask when it left! Cause they can delay in notifying you.

I refreshed that stupid app about 1,000 times last night. TSC must have taken the day off yesterday :(

Theres an app?!? The damned USCIS site doesnt load on my phone while Im at school. As its finals time I dont get to check until late at night. Whats it called, I wasnt able to find anything in the play store.

Im currently regretting my decision to do grad school and do this process at the same time. One or the other is stress enough for both....

I believe it's called "uscis case status notifier" for android. iOS app is called "uscis case tracker and searcher"

Is there a thread for NOA2ers?

We had a lot of issues here. Our co-sponsor freaked out and decided she wouldn't sponsor. Then she decided she would but we became intensely stressed to say the least.

Thank you. I checked one but it was way too long. I still saw what to do next though. Praying the NVC gets our case fast.

I think people mostly understand if you dont try to read a gazillion pages and just ask what you need to know :-) Questions have a tendency to to come in cycles. If I have noticed that in the last 6 months I am sure people who have been here even longer are def aware of it too ;-)

Glad you found it!

Hey, guys check this out. KristinD found the USCIS Policy Manual. http://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume1.html

Next time a Tier 1 tells you they won't transfer you to a Tier 2, just head on over to Chapter 6, section 1 and quote the "ask to speak to a call center supervisor" item. Also, you're allowed to ask for a supervisor of a Tier 2 (Tier 3?).

There's some other good stuff there. Multiple other volumes of manuals, many of which we don't have access to.
