Only FIVE days for April to end and then May is coming. May is kind of October filers' month! I'm hopeful.

10/13/2014 --- I-129F sent

10/15/2014 --- NOA1

05/01/2015 --- NOA2 (198 days)

05/08/2015 --- Case sent to the NVC

05/15/2015 --- Case received by the NVC

05/18/2015 --- Case number assigned

06/05/2015 --- Consulate received + Packet 3 received (e-mail)

07/27/2015 --- Medical

07/28/2015 --- Interview (APPROVED!)

07/30/2015 --- Issued

NOA 2 on April 23rd. I just found out!! No text, or email. I actually stopped checking the USCIS website a while ago due to frustration with everything. I'm very excited and looking forward to seeing more October approvals. :-)

  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

We are at 194 days. I cheer myself up by being happy for those who got approved and telling myself that the majority of the wait *should* be behind all of us!

Congrats! Thats good news..my fiancee and I are now at 204 days....and waiting.........hope nextmonth is everyone's month to move to step two.

Met online in jan 2013 became exclusive Feb1

Met in person Sept/ Engaged in Oct 2013 never wanted to leave each other.

Returned to visit July 31 2014 till Oct 2014

started our K1 VISA process...October 2014

K1 noa1 Oct 6 Texas.....now the wait begins...to start our journey together.

Expedites, incorrect timelines, random later approvals, etc. those are a few possible reasons why you see later applicants there. They did transfer some later filers to CSC (some people said Dec & Jan I think? Not sure!), so they could also be actual transfers, as well. Not everyone updates their timeline properly. The data is a sample of the thousands more out there but it can give somewhat of a good estimate as to where they're at!

K-1 Visa

♥ 7/20/15- AOS/EAD/AP sent together

♥ 7/23/15- NOA1 for all 3

♥ 8/17/15- Biometrics

♥ 8/31/15- Expedited AP document (all in one day)

♥ 9/22/15- EAD NOA2

♥ 9/30/15- Received EAD/AP combo card

♥ 11/20/15- AOS NOA2 (no interview)

♥ 11/25/15- Green card received! Woohoo!!!

Expedites, incorrect timelines, random later approvals, etc. those are a few possible reasons why you see later applicants there. They did transfer some later filers to CSC (some people said Dec & Jan I think? Not sure!), so they could also be actual transfers, as well. Not everyone updates their timeline properly. The data is a sample of the thousands more out there but it can give somewhat of a good estimate as to where they're at!

And many people think the Dallas lock box is TSC.

10/13/2014 --- I-129F sent

10/15/2014 --- NOA1

05/01/2015 --- NOA2 (198 days)

05/08/2015 --- Case sent to the NVC

05/15/2015 --- Case received by the NVC

05/18/2015 --- Case number assigned

06/05/2015 --- Consulate received + Packet 3 received (e-mail)

07/27/2015 --- Medical

07/28/2015 --- Interview (APPROVED!)

07/30/2015 --- Issued

08/04/2015 --- Received

09/25/2015 --- POE

10/10/2015 --- Wedding

Me: F/28/France - beneficiary :star:

Fiancé: M/29/Texas - petitioner (L)
