The Canadian officers are absolutely horrible. I've visited Canada for ages - even back when you didn't need a passport! Even when I go into Canada for work I'm treated like a criminal. It blows my mind that though US/Canada has open borders agreements that you are still given the 3rd degree as a USC. Canadians coming to US are rarely ever treated like that.

True. Jonathan has never had a problem coming to the US. He's never had to pull over. The US Officers are always nice to him.

BTW, Stephanie... I like your signature "Met in an online video game LoTRO". Jonathan and I met in 2009 playing WoW. :)

04/15/2016 - Received email "On March 16, 2016 your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence was approved.We have reviewed our electronic records and found that your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) is already in production." (NO INTERVIEW)

05/05/2016 - Another online service request asking status of PRC

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"

05/23/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/23/2016, we mailed your new card" (text & email)

05/24/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/24/2016, USPS picked up your new card" w/ tracking info (text & email)

05/26/2016 - Received card in mail

I too have notice stress and weight gain throughout this process. I will be traveling in June and I was in hopes for a noa2 before that but nothing yet.

I love the encouragement in this thread! This whole process is driving me crazy as well. We knew it was going to be a long wait but we were not expecting this! The stress is unbelievable and if one of my family members or friends ask me when he is coming one more time i am going to scream. lol but we are near the end, I was hoping to travel in June but I will just wait and be patient. Thanks guys for the funny stories and letting me know we are all going crazy together...

Holy ####### guys we can't believe it. I got laser eye surgery today (my vision is blurry as I write this LOL) and was praying about that and the visa and just kind of felt like it would happen soon. And all of a sudden I get a text, and my heart drops!

Guys, it's our time!!! You are all next! We are praying for everyone!!!!!! :)

Again- We seriously hope our noa2 helps encourage everyone that our time is finally here. I know it's been a rough wait, but it's finally us, guys!
