I am really scared.. cant believe the whole future depends on it.. I didnt think it through maybe

What are you scared of? Lots of people get RFEs. It's not a big deal really. Just wait for the letter in the mail and see what they want. Then come back here and we will all help make sure you understand what they are requesting. Once you tell us exactly what they are asking for, we will probably ask you some follow-up questions about what you included in the packet. Then we can see if you might have forgotten something or if uscis lost something in your package.

This is not a denial at all. Don't stress about it. We will all help you.

There's no way to know how long it will take you from here. You'll get the letter in about a week and then we can all help you so that you can respond as quickly as possible. After that, it's up to TSC. Most people get an approval after their RFE in a few weeks. If I got an RFE now, I'd be happy that someone was even trying to work on my case instead of it just sitting in a box.

Hi there! Don't stress! Where in Ire are you? I'm coming up in May, drinks? :) I saw that you scheduled the medical. Is it ok to do? I thought Dublin says to wait. I'd call the Dr. but my works frowns upon me using me cell to call lol What did they say when you booked it?

Best,

K

Oh!!!! Good to know. On the website it says you must wait for approval. Cool I'm going to tell Murph to make his in May then, maybe he can go the day I fly in.

I'm in the 21st and only there till the 26th. Just a quick visit to break up the time. He lives in Waterford.

LEL: could be both. People have gotten the message via congress liaisons that they application was being processed and heard within a few weeks. For some, that message didn't mean anything and they had to wait months more.

On the other hand, TSC had better be processing September right now given that most Sept filers are way into or beyond their 7th month.
