I'll continue compiling the numbers as each month seems to be finishing up. Rob999 created a really nice spreadsheet of processing time at TSC. You can see it under photos on his profile. I would link to his post but I can't seem to find it right now. I think the first column is the date, second column is average processing time in days and third column is number of petitions approved. You can see that TSC got REALLY slow in the beginning of November and only picked back up again after Christmas. They seem to be pretty consistent the last 8 weeks.

Not sure why there were no approvals yesterday. I saw someone on another thread ask whether TSC was closed due to weather yesterday. It's not posted on uscis's website, but there was ice in the area where TSC is located yesterday and we're not so good at dealing with that down here! Who knows...

Hello Group: I filed in Oct. 17 and was approved Febuary 11 With an RFE in there. but after returning the RFE it was 2 weeks and Approved. Now just waiting for NVC NEED to call or EMAIL

Thanks, but you were expedited. The rest of us will be waiting probably 3 more months. Congrats though.

They update the processing time page every two weeks or so but only update the stats being reported around the second week of every month. As you've already noticed, the stats are 6 weeks outdated when they're published and 10 weeks by the time they're updated again.

There are other stats reported under Tools, Immigration and Citizenship Data on the USCIS website. Those are updated quarterly but only give high level numbers. It helps you understand the volume USCIS is dealing with but doesn't provide much more insight than that. Then there's the National Processing Volumes and Trends. That information is great, but hasn't been updated since August 2014.

Don't even mention that troll under the bridge, that will probably be a huge cluster****

I know. :crying:

Can only imagine that due to DACA, we will all probably experience some kind of delays. I've been reading of some delays already. But I suppose at least we will be able to have our spouses finally with us while waiting.

Absolutely it will be the bright side. Just sucks for us because my fiance has the opportunity to make much more money than me here so if he isn't able to work, I'll have to be the one bringing home the bacon. Such a process.

Lol a little ice on the roads in the Dallas area (TSC is north of Dallas). We can't really handle ice on the roads down here. We don't have enough salt trucks, etc to take care of the roads so any time there's ice, things get closed. It's comical for anyone from anywhere north of Texas :rofl:

Oh well, at least there seems to be a reason for no approvals. That something.

Though, an adjucators job would be perfect for telecommunting. So come on TSC! :protest:

Sorry this is Texas cs. I was processed at CSC That could be why. I wasnt expedited

All Philippine cases are currently being expedited. Since you were also at CSC, this all happens so fast, it makes little difference.

Gee, maybe they should move the office here. They can have fun with 10 degree temps (it was -9! in some spots this morning) with snow piled high and frozen solid enough you can skate in your backyard. It has been so cold here, I started hearing cracking from the ice off the river this morning. We've had some school delays and a few closings for a day, but seem to keep functioning. A little bit of ice doesn't usually shut a government office around here. Snow maybe...

It causes a lot of ridicule from northern folk. It's all about the bridges and overpasses and not being able to salt them or whatever fancy stuff trucks dump on roads up north. People down here don't know how to drive on ice. It only happens once a year max, usually less often than that.

Hey,

So I had a lot of catching up to do in reading this thread from start to end! It's been very helpful and I feel I can understand the process a bit more!! This might be a ridiculous question but... is there a uscis account you can set up to track progress I couldn't see it on their Web page? All that I have been doing to track progress is putting in my receipt number to track the case ???

Also I am trying to prep my documents in anticipation for NAO2..

. I am having my fiance send a duplicate of his I-129f to me but I know it's advised to get police checks to save time later....do you approach police directly or the embassy to get the ball rolling on this???? Any advice guidance will be greatly appreciated :)

There is indeed, sign up for an account and add your case number that way. Sign up button is right below the check status section. https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Unfortunately I cannot give you specific advice on police certificates for Ireland, as getting ones for England are different as far as I know. You may be able to go to your local station or phone them and make an inquiry, other threads have implied this. According to the embassy faq it refers you to Garda. http://dublin.usembassy.gov/faqs_immigration.html Garda mentions police certificate procedures. http://www.garda.ie/Controller.aspx?Page=2742&Lang=1

I would also assume that the petitioner or co-sponsor (if you need one) will need to eventually send along the I-134 form and financial support information.

My fiancé has a duplicate copy of the entire packet sent to the USCIS, including all evidence and photos. He'll be getting his shots from his doctor next month to get up to date before he has his eventual medical, and he'll be getting his police certificate then.

Sounds like what happens in the UK when they get an inch of snow.
