This would be nice, but I live in Texas. I was thinking that everyone should just pick a day and go and protest outside of their court houses or at their local USCIS office. This way every state would be covered. We could do this if people on VJ could just get together. People complain but don't take action. They have so many excuses why they don't take action. As long as we are quiet we will gain nothing.

There should be no AOS stateside, except for those cases where AOS is expected such as K-1s for instance, provided one did get married within 90 days as stipulated by the conditions under which the visa was issued. Other than that, everyone else should have to come in with the right visa from the get go. I would also support that if you came in on a K-1 visa and didn't get married within 90 days, you should go back and start the process again either as a K-1, or if you got married beyond the 90 days, as a CR visa. No breaks to anyone. Let's make the same rules apply to everyone.

"To right this wrong please refund all expenses incurred by legal immigrants, or require the same payment and a penalty before granting illegals amnesty."

I'm sorry. I dont mean to be disrespectful to whoever started this. But I dont want a refund and I dont want them to pay same the fees. I want them deported like the law stipulates. They shouldn't have the luxury or privilege to go in front of the line and pay as if they went through the same legal process we did. The only way to right the wrong is for them to be penalized according to the crime they committed.
