How will Obama immigration reform affect F4 visa?

Hello

I submitted an application to petition my sister from the Philippines last week and got my NOA1. I know it will take more than 20 years to complete the process.

Now my question is how will the new proposed reform of Obama affect f4 visa , shall it make it faster or slower than what it is right now.

And will the F4 visa extends to my sister's spouse and daughter?

Given that ~90% of your wait time will be for the priority date, I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say it won't affect it whatsoever.

Well the announcement is out but I have not read the details or seen them parsed, which makes this a terrible time to try to respond to this... however, everything I read before the announcement pointed to at least two possible actions that could accelerate the likes of F-4:

1- Capturing certain unused immigrant visas from the past and applying them to other categories

2- Changing how immigrant visas are counted... this one can be huge. A family of 5 under F-4 eats away 5 immigrant visas right now whereas under a different interpretation, the could only use up a single IV.

Hello

....

Yes.

Petition got approved last September 14, 2011 .. We received an interview letter August 12, 2014 to our surprise I was still included even if i'm 22 that time.. BTW.. Oct. 5, 1991 was my birthday.. our scheduled interview was rescheduled to January 5, 2014.. I just want to know the odds i'm facing.. so that I can prepare for the worst..
