Has anyone used a Joint Sponsor for a K-1 Visa in the past year? I was told today, again, that they stopped accepting them by a lawyer man in Saigon. Any info?

Hi ridejewel,

We prepared a co-sponsor for my wife's K1 interview back in July 2006. However, the US Consulate in HCMC told my wife during her interview that the co-sponsor wouldn't be needed and that my income was satisfactory. I believe this same result happened to Matt_Stevens as well.
