My fiancee (Canadian) and I are getting married next week. I was looking into the I-485 requirements, one of which is a copy of the I-94. I went to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html to look it up and the record isn't updated with her most recent entry in July, when she entered on her K-1. Not sure what's going on here. Any thoughts?

Try different variations on her name. They might've put it incorrectly/differently. If you still cant find it, you need to go to a deferred inspection site.

It happened to me (My last departure is not registered so it looks like they consider I'm still in the States), however all you have to do is to go to the nearest CBP port of entry (POE) or the nearest CBP deferred inspection office (DIO), in person, to have the information corrected. You can check the locations and hours of operation at www.cbp.gov. You need to take the evidence with you, such as boarding pass and I would request to the airline company the confirmation of boarding if you don't have with you.

In my case I won't do anything about it until I go to the States again, when I get at the POE I will just request the Officer to correct it and provide him my evidences (When I finally move to the States - April - it will look like I have over stayed due to their mistake (My deadline would be Feb, 2015, however it wouldn't be possible since I'll have the K1 issued if everything goes well. I will show him the date the Visa was issued and they would know since I had to attend the interview).

Nah, get in touch with the nearest CBP deferred site to you and have them fix it. Less hassle.

The list of the sites are on the lower right of this page. You can download it (excel format):
