i don't really think race has much to do with the trigger finger on shooting sprees. but if you're looking at if the suspect gets taken into custody or his suicide wish fulfilled, that racial comparison might be a bit interesting.

It's a world-wide phenomena. Whack-jobs killing people in the workplace, killing our children in schools, at church and synagogues and on the street. This is in fact today's world. People are waking up to that fact and are choosing to arm themselves for protection. Calling 911 enables enough time to kill how many? TALLAHASSEE, Fla. —Big Bend Crime Stoppers has announced the reward for information leading to an arrest in the death of a Florida State law professor has been increased to $25,000.

Tallahassee police say Florida State University professor Dan Markel was the intended target when he was shot in the head in his garage on July 18. The shooting of the popular lawyer has stunned friends, colleagues and residents of his well-to-do community in Florida's state capital.

Police spokesman David Northway says there are no updates in the case and no arrests have been made.

What difference does it make how old they are? As long as they can squeeze the trigger put a holster on the little tykes! (CNN) -- Florida State University students huddled together in the aisles of a packed campus library early Thursday after a gunman opened fire, injuring three.

Two of the shooting victims were taken to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. One was in critical condition; the other was stable, the hospital said.
