Hi everybody!

Is somebody could help me? I got a checklist from NVC and we sent the documents they asked for last week and they received the file on Monday.

Do you know if they usually let people know they got the file and are gonna review it, or they don't do anything like this for a response to checklist?

Once they receive the needed documents they tend to email to notice us that they've received it and sometime they don't.

I've always get the response from them once they obtain my checklist and it's normal.

They process the mail by date, not type. It doesn't matter if you send initial packages or response to a checklist... its by date received (your scan date)

Sometimes they notify after they receive paper work and sometimes they don't. Now a days they are providing excuse that there are lots of pending applications, so they unable to notify about paper they receive in recent phase. But the problem is they are taking 60 days period to review it, after checklist too.
