Financial question regarding I-864 requirements

Thanks for your time and patience.

Regarding the I-864 form when applying for the Cr-1 spousal visa does the SSA yearly benefits count that I receive as income? My late husband died and our child receives death benefits until she is 18 that I tend over.

I am thinking of quitting my pre-nursing classes to get a full time job so I can sponsor my soon to be husband and wonder if the 21k I get yearly from child support and SSA/SSI count on the I-864 as income. If it does count then I need a full time job making 15k a year to total the 35k for a family of 5.
