Question about the receipts

I have filed my aos together with ead and ap. USCIS mailed me the receipt for my AOS and AP, but I did not receive the receipt for my EAD. Is it supposed to be like that? What could be the problem? The AOS receipt states that I should be getting another letter from the mail for my finger printing, but im curious why I haven't got the ead receipt.

Does the online case status for your EAD show that it's been received?

The notice might have been lost or delayed in the mail.

Uscis only emailed and texted me for aos and ap receipt # but did not received a text or email for my ead.

It does seem to indicate that they either did not receive it or your EAD application was misplaced. Have you tried entering the receipt number immediately preceding and immediately after yours?

Alternatively, I'd try calling their Customer Service line: 1-800-375-5283 to see if they've received an EAD application in your name and with your A# number. If they can't find it, you might have to re-send it with a copy of your I-485 NOA1 receipt to confirm that the fees should be waived.

Be sure to sort it out and make sure the receipt numbers for both the I-485 and I-765 appear on your biometrics appointment letter. They include both so you just have to get the fingerprinting done once for both forms.
