May I ask where I would look under in the www.ssa.gov site to find the Emplyment Authorization for non immingrants. The reason I am asking is if the SS office asks me where I got this document from? I want to be able to go to their official site and show this to them.. I am also going thru the Fiance Visa and when I called 1-800 SS they told me that my fiance must wait for green card b/c he is not eligible to work. Please help. Thanks

note: K-1 is only "work authorized" untill I-94 expires, so SSA office will only issue the SSN up to about 76 days from issue or 2 weeks from expiration of the I-94, after that you will need EAD or Green card to get SSN.
