Have to register online to receive visa?

Hi Everyone,

My husband had his CR-1 visa interview last Thursday (the 13th) and they told him that he was approved. As far as he can understand, they also told him that he needs to go to a Venezuela specific website (something like www.ustraveldoc.com.ve) and create an account to indicate at what office of the courier (grupo Zoom) he wants to receive the passport with the visa. He says he can open the website, but can't see how to register. I've tried it from the US, and the website doesn't even appear. Does anyone have experience with this? The Caracas embassy won't answer immigration questions on the telephone, and last time I e-mailed them they didn't even answer... I don't know what to do. Any advice or information is appreciated.

Try ustraveldocs.com and then select Venezuela.

Are you trying to find the IV Address Registration part? If you are, at the top of the page it has a red bar and under that it has a couple of tabs. If he clicks on the visa type it will give him the option to select the IV Address Registration.

Thank you-- that's a help... when he told me the address on the hone he left out the "s" in docs. So I have made the profile, And I tried to select a location, but now, reading the confirmation, I am not sure if they think I am selecting it to SEND documents to the embassy? It seems like a confusing website...

It's a really confusing website and the support is nice but powerless to help. Did you find the place to select the IV address registration? If not let me know and I'll try to explain better... took me a couple times to find it
