Hi everyone. Thanks for all the help in previous posts. I have already sent in my I-130 got the NOA1. Now, I'm filling out the I-129f. All is going well. Then when I was filling out the wife's G-325A I couldn't figure out who's name is suppose to go in bold box that says applicant. On the I-130, all the forms (all g-325A too), in the bold box, I put my name. But should I put her name? thanks again.

Hello,

You will each put your own name in the the Applicant box.

And in response to your question in the other thread - they have to be originals - all signatures on forms going to USCIS must be original.

Yeah, with the I-129F you need to send 4 copies of the G325a for each applicant- meaning, there will be 8 copies in total, 4 for your information, 4 for hers.

I was just checking out the K-3 guide. It looks like I need to fill out 2 sets of G-325A forms.

For K-3 process:

I-130

G325A - his

G325A - hers

Your wife needs to sign her G-325A.....did she sign her own forms for the I- 130?

what the heck do they do with all these g-325A forms anyways? I mean I dont' get why they can't just copy it themselves.

Yep, you'll need a set of 4 G-325's for each of you for each petition. It will be 16 in total. And as riblet mentioned, make sure the signatures are original on all 16 of them.

Remember to make a copy of everything you submit as well so you can refer back if necessary.

Thanks! I definitely plan on having a duplicate file. I can't wait to get the forms from my wife so I can start filing.

The actual form G-325a uses carbon paper between sheets so only one signature is needed on page one (top page). Downloaded forms (.pdf) would need signatures on each page.

okay guys...so i am just starting the process...so does this mean when you say "original" that it can't be one that my hubby faxes to me the g-325a...it has to be an original signed one--that he would mail???
