Recived my interview letter, have a couple of questions.

WOW!!!!! I got my AOS interview letter today, my wife and I are so happy. I cant belive that I got it so quick, we only filed our I-485 on 12-10-06. My interview is on 3-20-07.

I have a question as well. For the things that it states to bring along unless it has been already submitted, should I bring it anyway??

I will take everything else in obviously but the things like Affidavit of support and medical and stuff like that should I take it in again even if though it says that I dont have to???

PS: Is it true that they now only schedule interviews after obtaining the FBI name check clearence.

Congrats on getting the interview date. Good luck for a successful interview.

I took copies of everything I had submitted to our AOS interview, just in case. They only asked for a copy of my US citizen husband's birth certificate at the interview.

And no, you may not have passed the FBI clearance at the time of your interview. Some people have, other have not.

I took a copy of everything that i filed with my AOS application and also a copy of everything that i sent with my K1 application just in case.
