notice of potential interview waver - have they accepted my RFE response?

Hi everyone,

Our online case status is on ''request for evidence response review'' and yesterday we received a notice of potential interview waver.

We were wondering if this means they have accepted our response to their RFE or might have just sent the interview waver simply to let us know they are busy and to wait longer?

We're in the same boat, I sent back my response and then got the waiver letter, mine has showed the "On <date> we mailed request for evidence" since MAY!
