Paying AOS and IV fees

Today I submitted my choice of agent. I want to know if i can pay online with HSBC bank in UAE for my AOS n IV fees?? or do i need to send it through mail?? Also, there is only AOS fee is showing not IV fee, why is that???

You can not pay via Credit Card or Debit card on NVC stage for the fee of AOS and IV. You have to punch in your(or some one else's) US checking account or saving account number and routing number.

The other option is to send check via mail. It will take few more days to process the fee (I paid online by entering checking account details)

At first stage only AOS fee gonna show up, once payment is made and its status changes to "Paid" then after few days you will be able to pay IV fee.

I've paid AOS fee and its status is "Paid" and its been one week but no sign of IV fee.

Senior members correct me if i am wrong :)

but i heard that i can pay both fees together??/ im planning on sending a Demand draft for both fees together, please tell me if I'm wrong???

The IV fee isn't linked to the AOS fee - paying the AOS fee does not "unlock" the IV fee. The IV fee is linked to form DS-261; Choice of Agent. Once this is submitted and reviewed by the NVC, the IV fee will become available to pay in the Portal. The DS-261 is taking the NVC around 30 days to review.

so, I have invoice for both of the fees, but now the problem is that i don't have anyone in the U.S. who is willing to help me with this paying with bank account thing. Since i'm living overseas with my husband, can i just send the money draft in US dollars like i did with the uscis fees?? please someone help me with this topic.
