Had medical on Friday and submitted notification of readiness on Thursday (13/11) and checked CEAC just now which says they updated it today (17/11)

I'm assuming this means they have received my notification of readiness and are just awaiting medical results now?

Getting to the U.S. for Christmas is extremely unlikely I reckon but hopefully for new year maybe at this rate!

Also, I'm assuming the only other document I need now is the affidavit of support? I can get my fiancé to send that over whenever so isn't a problem.

Finally, apologies for all the queries, but I read that my fiancé needs to sign another letter saying that she wishes to marry once I get there. We both signed a letter to this effect as an RFE a couple months ago, so assume we wouldn't need yet another one?

Just getting a bit excited now!

Probably

I'm assuming you didn't read the readiness form--

"By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read the Immigrant/Fiancé(e) Visa Interview Checklist, have obtained all of the necessary documents, and am prepared for the interview."

You don't have all the documents.

Finally, apologies for all the queries, but I read that my fiancé needs to sign another letter saying that she wishes to marry once I get there. We both signed a letter to this effect as an RFE a couple months ago, so assume we wouldn't need yet another one?

Did you get a letter of instruction from London? (aka Packet 3) Did they list a date that if you go past that date you will need another letter of intent?

This person didn't come back and comment, so anybody else with a recent letter of instruction from London--

"Did you get a letter of instruction from London? (aka Packet 3) Did they list a date that if you go past that date you will need another letter of intent?"

I am wondering If they still ask in that London letter for a new letter of intent if you interview beyond your petition expiration (4 months)? They called it "priority date" and put it in the letter.

My priority date was 19th September but there was no specific date on the letter after that which pertained to obtaining a further letter of intent (Even though we both submitted further letters of intent as a RFE)

What it does say is that the K1 petition is valid for four months from the priority date so I should be alright given that only three months will have elapsed from priority date by the time of my interview.
