haha...I haven't heard anything back from USCIS Houston Office since they said they received my application in Decmber 2014 :(

I saw some applicants filed in January 2015 who are also in Houston have already been set up the interview date and received their interview notice.

Do I need to call them or just wait? any suggestions? Thanks!

You definitely should have got your bio metrics letter by February at the very latest.

You got nothing since the NOA (initial acknowledgment of receipt)?

If not, then I would assume that they've misplaced your application. At this point, I would not expect any further movement on your case without follow-up on your part.

Schedule an Infopass appointment and visit them to check on your case.

That's based on what you wrote... now if you have in fact had your biometrics done and forgot to mention it, you just need to be patient... your case would not be at all unusual.

Show up in court early, don't wait until court date and settle it down ASAP by paying fine or getting it dismissed whatever you can do to get a court order. It takes at least a week to get into police

My local office is columbus, OH. I have one person post the same messg from the same filed office.

In an additional page it states... Please be aware that you are required to be present for your final interview.

After your final interview there will be short break and you will then be required to return to your seat.The ceremont will begin

promptly an hour and fourty five minutes after the time stated on your appoiintment notice and will last appoximately 60 minutes.

Your patience is greatly appreciated. Then it states of dress code and the questions if you answer YES to provide documentation.

"Final interview" they mean check-in process, when they ask you to confirm your answer on the back of Oath letter, and return your GC. It is 1 minute.

My local office is columbus, OH. I have one person post the same messg from the same filed office.

In an additional page it states... Please be aware that you are required to be present for your final interview.

After your final interview there will be short break and you will then be required to return to your seat.The ceremont will begin

promptly an hour and fourty five minutes after the time stated on your appoiintment notice and will last appoximately 60 minutes.

Your patience is greatly appreciated. Then it states of dress code and the questions if you answer YES to provide documentation.

They will check you in, confirm your information, and ask you if anything has changed that may affect your application (crimes, divorces, moves, etc.). That's it.

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you would be doing the N-400 interview
