I recieved my noa1 on july 8 and have not heard anything. I was watching the vj processing times and got excited till i found out they must have been transfers. I hope we get accepted soon, its hard being away although I am revisiting in december for a month or 2 and would hope to attend the interview.

The waiting is too long but looks like they're working on late may-june petitions! I would say you're almost there (I would say 1 to 1.5 months to get approved)! And that's great you will be able to be with your beneficiary! Be aware that the timelines here are strongly affected by transferred cases (From TSC to CSC) and the ones from the Philippines (Expedite). For us (TSC) I would recommend to keep the 5-6 months timeframe! I know when we get close to 5 months our expectations reach the higher levels but we need to at least wait for the regular processing time!

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully they speed it up. I keep getting anxious by some of the stories I read on here. Some of these people have nightmare stories where they get denied at the interview before they even get to speak. There must be more to their story as to why that happened. The wait and reading crazy stuff like that does not help the anxiety about this at all.
