Is there anyone like me still waiting for NOA2 from August? I don't understand it, I keep seeing September, October cases being approved, I seem to be the only August left and no RFE, nothing. I called the USCIS and they tell me they are now processing cases from June. Are they lying to me ? Are the people on here lying ?

And please, if you are from TSC, I don't need you to comment, Your service center does not concern me.

Thanks

You need some serious help. Get a puppy. Don't come on here insulting people you don't know expecting to have people wipe away your tears.

Is USCIS lying to you? Sure. They have a team of agents focused on messing with only you. They are performing a sick experiment on you while watching you from hidden cameras. The reason for doing this to you will not be known for awhile so you & others will become very frustrated.

Are the members on V J lying to you? Yes. We get special info from USCIS daily that helps produce a conspiracy that is constructed to cause you to insult everyone you deal with.

Please try to understand this process in long and painful for everyone. Many of us went through the same process and some of us suffered much longer than you will.

Wait, you're mad at people who are receiving crappy service because you think you're owed superior service because of the state you live in?

Because you feel like you've waited too long, I would think you could empathize with the TSC folks who have waited even longer. Instead you pre-emptively lashed out.

Who was I insulting ?, the only reason I ask people from TSC not to comment is because i want advice from someone in my situation ( An August filer at CSC)

I simply asked for only people in my situation to respond (August filers from CSC) I have searched other posts on this topic and it is riddled with TSC people when the post clearly says (CSC) , I'm just not interested in their stories, they do not apply to me.

We sent our petition July 8th, approved October 20th, so you should get your NOA2 sometimes in December, no worries. Be thankful your case was sent to CSC :)

Thank you

I'm sorry, my post wasn't intended to make anyone feel bad. I am just hoping to hear helpful feedback from my post.

I understand. I hope you get your approval soon. This process doesn't seem fair for anyone.

Everyone you called liars.

Many people are or have been in your situation in all the service centers. People think CSC is the magic bullet for now especially if like you they feel TSC is the evil village where the employees are just asleep at the wheel.

Calling people liars doesn't make them feel good especially if they are not.

I hope things improve for you but please try to understand this difficult, painful process. Its a little like a lengthy court case.

These service centers often times don't seem like they are offering service at all. They really are but we have to understand they are dealing with millions of cases not just ours. USCIS has a huge job to do.

For what its worth my case took a long 408 days so I am aware of the pain of the waiting game. It is worth it in the end but the beginning is very hard to endure. The middle seems like no one is paying attention. The end is a cascade of events that culminate in what we thought would never happen.

I am just a little worried and confused. Egors list shows 80% of August cases are approved and the others have received RFE, and I'm assuming a few haven't updated their timeline. Now I check my status and I get an error, I understand they made some changes to the website and are having technical problems.

sco/wen,

I assure you, your comment that covers both TSC and CSC is not well received, and is a very offensive comment to long suffering TSC people.

Just because you were lucky enough to get into a service center with a "very light work load" please do not De-mean, people stuck for 6-8 months, at a place processing the same paper work you are talking about!
