On October 31 I received an email which mirrored the online case status below, but I never received a subsequent one stating that it has been sent to NVC or the Dept of State, which other people seem to have received. Is this a problem?? I am living overseas so have not called to check nor have i received the NOA2 in the post since I live abroad with an unreliable postal system and so assumed it would be sent to NVC/Dept. of State automatically, but I was never notified of that action and the case status remains the same as below when I check it. Has anyone else had this happen but it was sent over?????:

The post decision email is useless. It doesn't mean anything was sent or when it was sent. Mine was sent 30 mins afterward but obviously it wasn't sent off to the NVC that fast.

My suggestion: Wait 30 days and call the NVC to see what's up.
