I'm sitting here filling out the I-130 for my husband and I have just a few easy questions. When I'm filling out Part C #2 with his information I'm not sure what address to list. We are adjusting from VWP program. I know normally you would list his address overseas but because we are adjusting from VWP he is living at my address here so do I just use his current address or his old address in the UK? My other question is another address one. In Part C #19 it asks for his address abroad. Once more, do I list his former address or leave it blank since he is no longer living there? Just for information, his UK address is his parents home, not his own. Thanks for any help!

You use his current address in the US. If he has no address abroad, then put "none" in that spot.

Hi - general question. I'm about to send out the I-130 then proceed to K3 process. The initial package I'm mailing out feels A LITTLE LIGHT. Please let me know if this is correct - in this order - for K3 after married...

US Citizen Birth Certificate copy

US Citizen Passport Copy (all pages?)

Marriage Certificate copy

Back of marriage certificate copy

Divorce certificate copies

DONE? This seemed easier than I expected?
