hello

What I would like to know is can my wife who is a us citizen come to the UK on a holiday to visit me while our I 130 petition is pending , we filled for it in July while I was in the Usa under the vwp , we received our Noa 1 a few weeks later, I have since returned to the uk and we are waiting for the outcome , we miss each other a lot and want to know if there is any restrictions on traveling while our petition is pending

thanks guys

USC is not bound to be in the US - she can travel and visit.

Thank you :) I didn't think it would be a problem because the USCIS will forward everything to the NVC and then US embassy in London after its been approved so I am guessing she can be in the UK while I finish the process with NVC , the other thing I wanted to find out is that after the I130 has been approved we need to send the affidavit of support , her father will be the one sponsoring , could he fill out this form and send it off if she was over here with me in the UK
