In order to fill out K-1,

(1) You have had to know her for at least 2 years

(2) You have met her in person within 2 years

So, yes, you have to mentioned you've known her for 2 years.

The conditions of getting a case approved by USCIS are quite simple, however, Visa Consulate office will look very close into the details about your divorce and the timeline your divorce and your new love.

"can I show all the proof that I meet her 2 years ago and we are still in close relationship and we intend to marry each other."

Yes, and this is the purpose of the interview, to show that you two have entered into a relationship in good-faith. Otherwise, what proofs can you show your relationship is legitimate?

you needn't have known her for 2 years

you had to meet each other at least once in 2 years
