So my senators office called me yesterday b/c I asked them to look in to the status of my petition and they said that I got an RFE on 11/14 (by the way if this is true I have yet to receive the notice) however when I call the USCIS automated number it says the same thing it's been saying since September (my alien reg# changed) and that's it. I asked her how this was possible and she said she's not sure because at first USCIS sent her the update on the WRONG case! OMG. So last night I logged into the USCIS website and even though I had already registered the sure told me it couldn't find my username/password..so of course I registered again! And would you believe when I clicked on my case it said that "my petition was approved October 21"--->this would be so fabulous HOWEVER when I looked at the case number it was referring to IT WAS THE WRONG CASE NUMBER!! How is that even possible? Seriously? So then I logged out, waited 30 minutes, logged back in and it said the same thing since September when I click on my case status --which is "my." Unbelievable right? So at this point I don't know what I should believe. Crazy! I'm learning to take this whole thing with a grain of salt instead of getting pissed off. Actually, at this point I would be happy even if I got an RFE because I am a SEPTEMBER FILER AT CSC and i sit patiently waiting along with most people at TSC for my noa-2 or RFE. I've lost all faith in the USCIS. We live in America...shouldn't things operate properly and if it doesn't it should be fixed ASAP. Apparently this is NOT the case here.

I am a August 6 filer still waiting for NOA2 at CSC. I'm having the same issues as you, no RFE, nothing. I call there and they tell me something different every time. The last time I called I spoke with a Tier 2 , she told me someone is working on my case and everything is fine, no RFE. She said I should not call back until it has reached 5 months, this is their normal processing time for CSC.

Yup...I agree. I think that the story changes depending on who you talk to. I don't know who or what to believe anymore. August and still no noa2 or RFE? That's ridiculous seeing how fast some other petitions are flying thru. This stinks!!!

It's good to know that I'm not the only one and I'm not going crazy.

Oh gosh it's gonna make things worse! Oh wait...how much worse can it get than not being able to check your status at all?!? Good ol' USCIS.

I am back to not being able to access my application. Here's the info dujour from the USCIS representative; I should call back in a week if still not able to access. According to her this is the new directive because Tier 2 doesn't have anything new to add until the bugs in the system are worked out. She recommended I go to my local office and speak with an immigration officer because they have the most information/access on my petition.
