I'm now back to not being able to see anything from phone or computer. I talked to Tier 2 today and she said she doesn't need to file a service request because she can see my status (Tier 1 could not) which is ARN changed 11/03/2014. She also said my case IS NOT with an adjudicator, disheartening because I was told it was on Monday. One really begins to feel like no one knows WTH is going on or they're talking from different pages/versions of the script.

its a request they put in their system to have somebody look at your case, I got pretty upset and told them that is not our fault they're doing such a poor job on their site, that I needed somebody to look at my case and give me an answer, so they put in t he service request gave me a confirmation # and now I just hope that this is a good sign and somebody may actually look at my case, I seen that they're doing this for people calling in complaining about the site so it might be good.

you mean inquiry form

but it's too early to fill this form you need your time to be behind their schedule and they're still April 4th

Apparently they will also log one if your status cannot be seen on their screen because of system access issues. The Tier 2 officer could see mine so she said she could not request.

Guys, I guess they have worked on the glitches! For the first time I am able to login in the computer and see my case. Before I was using the phone but it didn't show a lot. Now I can see my mobile and e-mail alerts on. PS: It doesn't mean my approval is coming, I still see that my last update was June 24th when the ARN was changed! Wish y'all the best! :)

Spoke to a tier 2 officer today who sent an inquiry to TSC on my behalf. Fingers crossed.

Good Morning: - Could the Tier 2 see your status? Wondering if they sent request on because they couldn't see your status either. Thanks.

Well, it was too good to be true! Can you believe it's not working anymore? I can not understand what's going on! I was able to check one time and then when I checked again guess what? It's confusing!

I am not sure but he said that the case was pending so I guess he could. He said it takes 5 to 8 months and I just held my breath and remembered GOD. Because we all know that no one but GOD understands what we are going through.

So my senators office called me yesterday b/c I asked them to look in to the status of my petition and they said that I got an RFE on 11/14 (by the way if this is true I have yet to receive the notice) however when I call the USCIS automated number it says the same thing it's been saying since September (my alien reg# changed) and that's it. I asked her how this was possible and she said she's not sure because at first USCIS sent her the update on the WRONG case! OMG. So last night I logged into the USCIS website and even though I had already registered the sure told me it couldn't find my username/password..so of course I registered again! And would you believe when I clicked on my case it said that "my petition was approved October 21"--->this would be so fabulous HOWEVER when I looked at the case number it was referring to IT WAS THE WRONG CASE NUMBER!! How is that even possible? Seriously? So then I logged out, waited 30 minutes, logged back in and it said the same thing since September when I click on my case status --which is "my." Unbelievable right? So at this point I don't know what I should believe. Crazy! I'm learning to take this whole thing with a grain of salt instead of getting pissed off. Actually, at this point I would be happy even if I got an RFE because I am a SEPTEMBER FILER AT CSC and i sit patiently waiting along with most people at TSC for my noa-2 or RFE. I've lost all faith in the USCIS. We live in America...shouldn't things operate properly and if it doesn't it should be fixed ASAP. Apparently this is NOT the case here.

Were you checking status for another case number before logging in? Cuz that will happen if you checked another case then checked your own case, you may see the previous case status.

No, not at all! That's my point! I NEVER filed any other case (I'm not filing a k2 cuz he doesn't have kids and I'm not petitioning anyone else)with the USCIS except for this fiancé visa and this is my FIRST time filing (I've never filed a k1 in the past). That's why it's so strange that that happened. Can anyone explain that??!! Hahaha. USCIS is all messed up. Can't help but laugh-otherwise i would be crying non stop!
