My AP was approved and mailed "they say" on Dec 13 2006. Why haven't I received it yet? It's frustrating because the NSC is so unhelpful its pathetic. They said they would send the service center an e-mail stating I haven't received it yes and they said it could take another 45 days. That is BS. Anybody ever have this happen to them?

I am sorry I can't help. I've never heard of this happening. How long did it take for your AP to get approved?
