Visa number and date of Issuance

Hey, just had a couple of quick questions regarding the I-485 form:

1- Where it asks for Nonimmigrant Visa number, is this the number on the lower right hand side of the visa?

2- Date Visa Was Issued- My fiancee was approved for her visa on the day of her embassy interview, but she didn't receive the visa until a week later. So are they referring to date of the embassy interview or the day she actually obtained her visa?

Yes, use the "Issue Date." In my wife's case, the issue date was the same as the day of receipt...visa's in Bogota are picked up the next business day. However, given the lag between your interview date and your pick-up date, the "issue date" could be anywhere in between.
