1. I actually totally don't believe in that star sign nonsense.

2. I agree with this Many%.

1. Hoorah, si ma'am. The position of the planets & stars during one's birth has about as much to do with one's personality as does the presence of a cigarette lighter in the delivery room, gee man.

2. I agreed and agree with it at least that much, perceptive D man.

nola, u don't want him

I only jest. It is just my life is so vanilla right now. It is a trade off between excitement and crappy partner or good and steady husband. It is hard for the Dane to understand, we have very different backgrounds. Danishness is like the cultural and relationship equivalent of watching paint dry on a rough and pokey concrete wall.

Plus, I have two crappy British men in my life already, who I really could do without. Aaah, family.

Did Dutch eat your potatoes?

Yes. Man likes my cooking.

ye no

Well, if you want to live with a man, you have to lower your expectations. Here in Japan, they put in the effort before they are married, but once the ring is on the finger, they get drunk and sleep on the floor infront of the TV. Not surprising considering the work hours, but still frustrating. Is your husband working?

And never will, no man.

le sigh.

I've made decent coin this year, buying vintage stuff at estate sales, dropping em off at the Vintage Shops in the Montrose - usually my profit margins start at 300 percent.

Does that make me a bank? well, sorta.

I never clear less than 300 percent on a vintage sale. Purses, belts, ties - gimme a brand-y estate sale and I make out like a bandit, a month later.

Still, tis sad whats-her-name, the soon to be new-ex, doesna understand about vintage. But I digress..

wth is yer problem, not making money in the Montrose District ? I don't get it - we have the same skills, what's keeping you from the big coin ?
