important questions to sling back to the Immigration Liason Staffer, to forward on to the Congressional Liason human at USCIS:

1. How long has the adjudicator had the casefile?

2. When did the casefile hit the loading dock at that facility ? [calendar date]

3. Has the medical exam taken at the POE been married up with the A-File yet???? If yes, which calendar date?

4. How much longer does the Congressional Liason staffer think that the casefile will wait it's position in the queue until the casefile makes it to an adjudicator's desk?

Here's hoping you can sling it out, quickly - I had 2 ILS humans , 1 for the I-130, 1 to fix the greencard shipment, and it pays to get the pointed questions across via email to the ILS human, as they usually email the questions to the CL human at USCIS.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

ps - got an AP/EAD combo card? no issues using it, whatsoever, in February.

Gotcha. I do have my combo card - the issue isn't using it, the issue is an automatic trip to Secondary in Boston when we return and I give it to CBP. Given her Asperger's, I don't really want to put my wife through that if I can at all help it.

Tarkdiac arrest- when you have a heart attack upon seeing a check after dining in an expensive restaurant.

The tarklich maneuver. That's when you pretend to choke after eating in a restaurant. So they call an ambulance and take you away, and you skip the bill.

Secondary in Boston is really not bad. We spent a long time there on POE day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
