Ah excellent my good man.....

May I recommend a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL..... :)

I mean....

A whopping 22 mpg (at best); I can see that Prius becoming more and more of a reality... Le sigh

The Honda is a beaut! And really affordable for a 2015 model. Something like that would cost £30,000 or so here brand new!

I'm O+ as well but the one time I did go to donate blood I couldn't because I'd spent time in the last 6 months in a place that had malaria (Mayan riveria)...

That'll teach ya to go to some second rate hotel in Vegas......

I personally like the older honda crv, not the new one.

Um...yes....I was gonna suggest a CR-V next.....

Y'know, it was only an off hand comment but thanks a lot guys for helping me look and suggesting stuff. I feel valued.

I don't often feel valued, in fact I spend all day cooking and cleaning, wearing nothing but a frayed potato sack.

But no, seriously, thanks a lot. Managed to narrow it down to a few models to go test drive...

Good advice and times in this thread, unless you piss off the wrong people. :P

What I REALLY like is that you've all been through the process(es) yourselves, yet, y'all still stick around on here to pass on your wisdom and advice. I imagine a lot of people come and go once they've gotten what they needed from here. Of course, some of you are mods too.

I've posted a few topics on here for help before and I think some of you have personally resolved them for me, so, thanks a lot (and for inevitably helping in the future too). Never really got involved on a forum before, but it's a real pleasure to meet such good folks.

I stopped helping in the UK forum way back when because I got fed up with the atmosphere, though it's a general reflection on Western culture in general that we want stuff spoon-fed to us. I worked with Nich-Nick on the K1 guide and still people ask questions that are in the guide before actually reading it, then when you link the specific post in the guide that'll answer the question, they take arms against you and call you all manner of names because "you're not helping me!"

I still have the knowledge, don't get me wrong. I just don't feel like putting myself through that kind of stress again.

I'll sell you my 09 for trade in value.....it only has 10k miles on it.....

I think my jeeps is worth more and goes more places than an 09 CRV. ;)

BTW why did you edit your post like 5 times?
