It sometimes works for me. When the joints around my plate are hurting I just mentally really push the image of injecting cortisone into the joint and then it feeling better.

It doesn't seem to work for the other ones though, funny the way the brain works. I think it is because the other joints are arthritic and lock up/swell and the areas are my plate are just plain in pain.

Hate to envision you in pain, see here ma'am. Acupuncture, do it ma'am.

As I understand it, the first time didn't need the release because it was more of a "Hey, what's going on with this?" call to the congressional liaison at Providence. Now they're going to go in-depth (which may also require contacting the NBC), they needed the release. Either way, we shall see. Wifey's new passport arrived yesterday so now we're all set to head to England in Feb.

Actually with no release, they can get no information at all. Just as if your wife called and asked about the status of your AOS, they can legally say nothing unless you've directly authorized her to speak on your behalf. I get the feeling they lied to you and did nothing the first time.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking myself to be honest. Because pretty much the first time you call them they say to do the release before they can act. Either way, they've got no excuses now and hopefully we get somewhere soon.

Hows mom and baby? Is big sister still head over heals? I love how you compared her to Elsa.

The Tornado still has her moments of jealousy but for the most she loves her brother. When I first brought him home she would freak out looking for him when she first woke up. Like as if it was just a dream.

I don't donate blood either. I'm A+ but they don't want my blood I have an autoimmune distorter. If I could donate I'd never get past the needles. My oldest is O- he has donated a few times at the college now they won't leave him alone :P

I'm O+ as well but the one time I did go to donate blood I couldn't because I'd spent time in the last 6 months in a place that had malaria (Mayan riveria)...
