Eh? Nothing's wrong with the other half. It's this bureaucratic nonsense. I'm really not sure what to do at this point.

See, I knew I could get you speaking English. Even if its the Queen's English. Immigration nonsense? Go illegal and they'll make you legal in 5 years or so.

Work nonsense, get laid off and collect unemployment until you find a better job.

More bad answers await when more information is forwarded.

can a needlephobic be cured by an acupuncturist?

he's been before, this year.

all the needles will do is relieve the pain for 2 or 3 weeks, but he needs the pain-free time to do his work and life, right? surely he'll go in for the real surgery sometime soonish.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Made too many trips to the DMV when my wife got here. I did not find it fun, and they don't even print the driving manual to read any longer. You're supposed to go on the web and download it.

Visits to DMV

Wife's State ID

Wife's Driving Permit Test 1

Wife's Driving Permit test 2

Wife's Driving Test 1 < and only thankfully

Wife's Update of immigration check date upon green card issuance

Husband's renewal of DL

All that in 9 months, the people there were starting to recognize us.

The question was for me, I'm horribly phobic of needles, oh and to be a little cheeky to.

But if they could cure that phobia with a needle, I'd actually consider it.

Sometimes I wish I had done things off-the-grid. It's the former. The Congressman's office doesn't seem to be making any headway with this issue at all. And while it may seem like I'm not being patient - it's more the fact that as much as I do have my EAD/AP card, I'm loathe to use it when I go back to England in February to visit my sick relatives. I don't want to put my wife through having to deal with a potential interrogation in secondary at Boston when we come back.

On the work front.. the school district I applied to haven't gotten back to me, and when I do check up I basically get put through to a voicemail so an in-person visit may be required.

I don't think it would cure you. If you're like me it would be two different things.

We luckily got good results with our congresswoman. But I think its because she scared people. You didn't want to be on the bad side of someone like Michele Bachmann. Actually I put the good response down to the aid that actually did all the work. He was right on top of it, realistic, yet pleasant to deal with. The type of person you want to do something for. I think usually a congressional inquiry makes things go smoothly. Unless lord forbid they've misplaced or deeply buried your file. Then only time and repeated efforts by your congressman is going to straighten it out.

So how are you measuring up so far, huh ma'am?

I work for many many $$$ money, still come home to cook, clean, do laundry, iron clothes ..etc

=> Iron Lady :)

That's either impressive or a pittance, see ma'am.

$25 is still many many money, comparable to your coupons savings.

I don't think it would cure you. If you're like me it would be two different things.

I have a 50% chance of lights out if I watch a needle go into someone, and a 25% chance if its a pet. I didn't even know I had this phobia until I was in my teens. I went to the doctor, they drew blood and gave me a shot. I got up from the table, not thinking a thing about it, started walking to the reception room and keeled right over

Yeah. I'm going to give their office another call tomorrow morning as the staffer in question isn't in the office today. Left a voicemail Friday but no response. I'm suspecting this Executive Order's probably not helping much either.
