Chinese, huh man? Then the Korean & Vietnamese businesses must immediately be burned down, logic man.

Guy sits at a bar in NYC next to an East Asian guy. All of a sudden, guy punches EA guy hard enough to knock him off his stool.

"What was THAT for?" asked the EA guy.

"That's for Pearl Harbor!" snarled the first guy.

1. It used to be you could nod you head and say hello, and you'd get the same back. Now you're more likely to get a scowl and an attitude thrown at you. Police departments are taking on this attitude that if you're not a cop, you're automatically the enemy. Sure if you're dressed nice you're not as likely to be hassled, but the person next to you not dressed as nice might be, and he might be more innocent than you. Police seem all about confrontation now, and not defusing situations. Not all of them mind you, certainly not all, but an increasingly large number of them. Heck I know a young woman, she just became a police officer, and I watched her pick up this confrontational attitude as a teenager when she joined the Police Explorer program. It was all you can't trust anyone, everybody has broke some law, gotta keep control, gotta keep the perps in line. And by perps, that was how they referred to all civilians.

In the last few days, I told my daughter that I don't ever want to hear her say "they did this because I'm Chinese". I told her that she's above that. Turn your cheek and move on, prove yourself better.

She seems to understand.

Not bragging, but why is my daughter "student of the month" 3 months in a row? Because her principal or teachers are racists? (All are white)

Those Chinese kids are smarter than American kids, everyone knows that. Their parents beat them if they're not.
