This is the 69th street pier in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

I was 13 years old or so, fishing with my buddy one morning.

And we found a floater, a dead body. We called 911. And the harbor boat came, picked up the body, all decomposed and kupa. They let the cop sit on the body on the pier for hours waiting for the ME to arrive......

Me and my buddy kept fishing, I kept looking at it, they covered it up, then uncovered it for the ME......

when my horse kicked me in the face.

Well, how did the horse taste when you cooked it?

Oh you see, we have an ER in town, like a minute from the house,

but... they don't see pregnant women at all.

I think they could handle horse face kicking. Well, umm, I hope they could.

That is also the only doctor in our whole county. No joke.

I do not believe that you can get a recto-vaginal fistula from a c-section or any sort of tearing in that region. It would also be difficult to get a prolapsed cervix/uterus with having had a c-section.

So, yes, a c-section could certainly save me from tearing or the pressure on the organs during childbirth that does cause women later to "leak".

The chances of someone in the US suffering from recto-vaginal fistula is very low, and yes prolapsed cervix or uterus and leaking does happen to women who have sections.

4% of women who have a vaginal birth get a full tear from one hole to the other.

I wouldn't call that rare.

One of the main risk factors for a uterine prolapse is vaginal birth.

Anyways, obviously we disagree on this. Oh well, perhaps should let it die.

I think I remember Tiff's OBGYN mentioning something similar to what Troph is saying.

Tiff had natural, but was warned about C-sections too.

Such as VBAC is not good......

But I am no longer participating in this VBAC-Uteral-Bi-sectional-Cardio-fallopial-fusalage-cervical-rectal-thermometer chat......

Did you get all your Christmas shopping done? I assume you will still need to do something for the baby.

They will do that to items you view a lot too.

It is weird, because it has been on my list for a long time too.

Like this one went up $60 and so did a baby carrier I was looking at.

When it's the best seller they do that.

And holy kupa, 399 dollarz!

Whadaya think Dutch's last name is Rockefeller??

You do realize that prams in Denmark are like $900+?

9999 dkk = $1664

6999 dkk = $1164

http://www.babysam.dk/barnevogne/babysam-barnevogne?p=1

No joke, he told me his sister bought 3 of them. 3! I think he said they were used, but a used pram costs about the same as a BOB stroller and I don't want 3 strollers.
