Question regarding I-134

I read on the USGOV page that I-134F form does not need to be notarized. However in the package that my fiancee got its highlighted that it has to be notarized...

So now Im confuse.. I already have my co sponsors form but its not notarized so i dont know if she has to send me another one... Please help

You should always follow your embassy/consulate's rules. If it's highlighted that it has to be notarized, then I would definitely have her send me a new one.

Thanks for the response..I wrote to the embassy and they answered back: Notarization is not required
