not even for all of texas... only for dallas county, el paso county, and oklahoma city residents only.

Dec 11, 06- Infopass/DORA Appointment

Jan 06, 07- Biometrics Appointment

Feb 07, 07- Received Welcome Notice

Feb 10, 07- Green Card in the mail after only 61 DAYS!!!
