Hi..How would I know if it's fees are available? Hubby and I viewed our case together and both IV and AOS fees showed up...so we decided to pay it both..but everytime we click the "pay now" it directs us to the sign in page..so basically we are like in a loop that keeps coming back to sign in page everytime we click it..does that mean it's not available yet? but why did they put Pay Now?

wrong site.. go to the payment portal site to pay.. nvc should have sent two emails.. both documents in the email look like the same thing but in one email you actually have a AOS payment letter ... but anyways you can easily check on the payment portal site and it should have the amount and a box next to it that's says select.. select the AOS and at the bottom it should have a total of 120 ....

cant pay the IV fee it should say on the payment portal not invoiced

if you like me was hitting pay now in the form portal then yes it keeps directing you back to the start page.. no idea why they have it there!

just to give some help.. if you know it already its ok bypass and I know its in the NVC WIKI but just helping along...

Payment Portal : this is where you pay both AOS fee and IV fee

Form Portal: this is where you fill out the DS 261 and DS 260 , it says pay now for both fee but this is not the site to pay fees, only site to fill out forms

Thanks CeeMu. Appreciate it I am having trouble calling NVC this morning, so I will wait until tonight (day 32) hoping for a miracle.
