My wife has her interview on DEC 9th and we only got one chance for her to get here for Christmas so I want to be prepared. We have the interview letter that is a little confusing about police certificates etc.

What should we take to the interview to avoid delays.

just read your interview email from the nvc and it will tell you all the documents you need to bring at the interview. Just follow the code letters on what the nvc wants you to present at the embassy.
