Can i as the beneficiary call USCIS? Because my fiance is so pissed on the long time he has to wait to talk to someone

Actually, you CAN...but you have to be physically able to have the petitioner available on the same call so they can authorize USCIS to speak to you. So, he'll still have to talk to them first and then hand the phone to you because under NORMAL circumstances they do not want to talk to the petitioner at all.

I do have first-hand proof that this is possible (but not easy). My husband and I did exactly this - he wasn't getting the right information so I called USCIS while he had me on Skype. I turned my phone around so that USCIS and my husband could actually talk through my Skype headset, and once he'd confirmed some information and gave his permission they could speak with me freely. It was a tricky process and we weren't sure it would work, although if you were on a visit you could certainly make it happen easier.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D

USCIS will not talk to the beneficiary. The only time they will let you talk or accept your presence when the petitioner is also on the call and his/her identity is checked and passed. Impersonation is a serious offense and not recommended in any case. You can tell them that you are the petitioner but if it raises any suspicion, the outcome could be disasterous. So why taking that risk?

With all due respect, you are the one who needs to calm him down. The end result of what you are seeking here is lifetime marriage, and there will be times one of you is upset with something a third party does or fails to do. During those times, the other one of you will be stuck with the arduous task of bringing him or her back to earth.

This is a very slow process. Yeah, I know it can be done faster, much faster. But we are dealing with goverment, an entity that has two speeds: Slow and stop. There is no solution but to put up with the very slow speed. There will be other steps along the way that will take longer than they should. Get used to it because this is the reality of this process.

The good news is that waiting for your I-797 (NOA2 as it is called here) is the slowest one of those steps.

I was the beneficiary and never once was denied on a phone call. As the beneficiary I was the only one to call my husband never called. So yes you can call, it depends who answers on the other side.

USCIS is one of the biggest "jokes" of this entire government!

May God bless us all between now and the first of the year, """with what might happen"""".,.,.,.,.,how many more service centers do they have ready to open!

May, God help us from this evil!
