My fiance is coming into JFK next Monday morning. There were rumors that the temporary EAD would no longer be given out this year. Just want to check and see. Has anyone received the temporary EAD stamp at JFK this year?

hi there,

I brought my fiance back through JFK on 1/6/07 and we didnt have any problem with getting the EAD stamped. We didnt even have to ask for it. they just gave it to him..all i did was ask if he was going to get it and she said she already put it on there. you shouldnt have any problem with getting it and i hadnt heard that they were going to stop it but not for sure on that.

4/2/07 - Sent AOS/EAD to Chicago

4/3/07 - Chicago Received AOS/EAD

4/13/07 - Checks cashed

4/16/07 - Received NOA1 for AOS/EAD

4/21/07 - Received appointment for bimetrics

5/15/07 - Biometrics appt

5/16/07 - EAD Touched

5/16/07 - AOS Touched

6/15/07 - EAD approved

6/26/07 - Received EAD

6/28/07 - Interview - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
