Innocent people are always killed in war. As usual, you focus on the innocent Iraqs that have been killed in the last 4 years, and you ignore the thousands of innocent Iraqs killed by Saddam and the extremist groups operating in Iraq (yes, then AND now).

So did you - when it became convenient to turn a debunked national security threat into a humanitarian adventure.

Perhaps you think national security threats are simple, and only involve threats from one country or government at any given time, and nothing is related. I don't think in such simple terms. The world is a complicated place.

So your saying because there is no specific country or government to fight that we should just ignore them? What kind of nonsense is this?
Your argument is a little like the boy who put his finger in the dike. Its like trying to count the grains of sand on a beach.
So your also saying that we should do nothing? #######? Do you really think that if we ignore them they will go away? Or we should just retract our country into it's shell and hide from the world? Or are you one of those that thinks we can negotiate (kiss a$$ ) with the radical fundamentalist Muslims?
Well, let's see. Going after them has only had the effect of intensifying and worsening the problem, so how can the opposite be any worse?
No it just brought them to the fight. Better there than here.
Again, it's arrogant nonsense of this sort that will ensure that the war on terrorism in general and the war on Iraq in particular is a failure. You can't make allies of a people if you keep explaining to them publicly time and again that their lives are worth less than ours. Which is all that nonsensical Rovian catch-phrase really does.

And again, repeating this empty phrase doesn't answer the question why we didn't take them on in Afghanistan where they were in the first place. Why Iraq? One of the few countries in the region that wasn't in bed with these radical elements.

I'm not interested in making allies of people who already hate us and want to kill us, I'd rather just kill them first. Our friends know who they are.

Bush got tens of thousands killed that didn't have a first thing to do with terrorism nor did they ever wanted to kill us. Tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis paid the price for a crime they did not commit nor had anything to do with. It's like going out goose hunting but shooting rabbits instead since you can't seem to find any fcuking geese to shoot at. The big difference being that we're talking about innocent humans here that are being shot at. Due to this complete ** up, we don't have any friends in Iraq. This country will never be an ally of ours.

As usual, you focus on the innocent Iraqs that have been killed in the last 4 years, and you ignore the thousands of innocent Iraqs killed by Saddam and the extremist groups operating in Iraq (yes, then AND now). No geese to shoot at? You seem to be confused. Are there too many extremist groups trying to destabilize the Iraqi government, or not enough? Which is it?

Actually, it was hundreds of thousands that he killed.

Considering the tendency of some to lump divergent groups and ideologies together into a single black and white morass via hackneyed soundbites and slogans, forgive me if I take that with a pinch of salt.
