Yoi must call the uscis. You are way past the normal processing times.

I sent the I-130 on June 20 and got the NOA1 on Jul 10. I am very worried because I cant check my status since the website changed. Now I don't know how is my status and if it was approved yet.... So sad...

Our estimated time has already passed. We filled on July 14, 2014 and I got our first form on July 28, 2014 and since then....nothing...it's very frustrating. They haven't requested more evidence or anything. I've seriously heard nothing.

You will get something soon. The processing times on this site are fairly accurate as it is using timelines and data from cases and updated daily! Good luck to you.

The USCIS web site is a joke! Igor's List was within 6 days of our approval, from VSC, in 2013, go there for your information..,..,.read other people's data, and compare to what is going on.

Me and my now wife, was chatting on Skype, on New Years eve 2012, almost 2013, when a e mail "flash came up".,.,..,.while we were chatting, as she was in Cebu, Philippines, already 2013 there, and sure enough.,.,.,."Your NOA 2 has been mailed and approved, you will receive hard copy with 7-10 days".,.,.,..,.,needless to say a lot of tears flowed like a river.,.,.,.as we were at 186 days..,.,.,and starting to wonder!

We are happily married in the USA, and I have a wonderful marriage and wife!

When IT does happen, it is worth every minute of it!

Not ONE poster remembers my prediction of less than 2 weeks ago, that this was going to happen.,.,.I told you I had a solid source in USCIS,.,.,and my prediction seems to be coming true.,.,,where you are transferred, not sure, it would be a guess.,.,.,but I think I know.

Moderators can confirm this prediction.,.,.,.,

My source at USCIS remains "solid!"

I just saw this post from you saying that you had a solid source at uscis and you knew that there would be some transfers back in August... So I was wondering since CSC is processing October petitons at the moment if it could be possible that there will be another big wave of transfers soon ??? I am a late august/September filer and I pray for transfers to speed things up. Is there a chance to get some insider info again ?? That would be so great :)

Thank you for any help

Since I only filed 2 weeks ago, I'm not anywhere near being able to send a request on my petition. I'm still angry and heartbroken for all those who are still waiting at TSC. The difference in processing times is embarrassing and astounding. I started tweeting @uscis daily to do another round of transfers. I'm sure it won't matter, but at least I feel like I'm doing something. Businesses do pay attention to complaints via Twitter so if there's even a tiny chance that USCIS might too, it's worth 20 seconds of my day.

Like I said on the first page of this thread, I advise you not to trust that. It will keep pushing the date further back and you will get frustrated.

Good luck!

most of the people are not accurate about the data entry for this reason I don't trust the processing time
